Today is the last day of school before vacation. The chorus and Jazz band performed some holiday standards in the lobby today. They do this every year and it always manages to get me in the Christmas spirit, but today was a little different. It was a mix of emotions. I was being filled with that good ol' Christmas mood, but there was also impending doom looming over my had. There was an AP physics test scheduled for today. Every others period before Physics served as a crash course study session. Lots of gaps were exposed in my knowledge and formulas were slipping out of my head. As I walked to physics in a fast pace, half pushing little kids out of my way, my heart began to sink. (And this was not just due to the fact that I scaled a staircase.) I walked into the room and saw bright smiling faces, heard giggling and saw people hugging each other. Immediately, I knew there was something up with the test. It turns out that Mr. Lloyd simply forgot to photocopy them. A great relief.
